We are an authorized representative of Sheba Medical Center and several Austrian hospitals. We are a family-owned business with 23 years of experience in both executive travel services and medical travel services. We have served over 20,000 clients, working with them individually to partner them with the best medical teams and facilities in the world to meet their health and medical needs. Specializing in serving clients who will be traveling abroad for their medical care, we help our clients work through the challenges of navigating language, culture, transportation, and visa issues. We have offices and representatives in the United States, Austria, Turkey, and Israel. We serve clients from around the globe.
Additional services we offer for out clients:
- Airport-to-clinic/hotel transfers and back. We can arrange for you to be picked up at the airport, taken to your clinic or hotel, and back again when your treatment is complete.
- Hotel-to-clinic transfers and back. If you are staying in a hotel, we can also arrange transfers between your hotel and clinic.
- Logistics and cultural programs. We can help you with travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and activities. We can also help you arrange cultural programs like visits to museums and historical sites.
- Language interpreter help as needed. If there is a language barrier between you and your medical team, we can provide you with a language interpreter to help you communicate with your doctors and nurses.
- Accommodations for you or your family. We can arrange accommodations for you or your family during your stay on treatment.
